Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Shah Alam is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control. You will lead and allocate manpower to meet targets and ensure service levels are achieved.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse/logistics, familiarity with WMS and MS Excel, and strong English and Malay communication. Willingness to base in Shah Alam and contribute to accurate stock and timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Able to speak and write in English and Malay.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control activities.

• Monitor warehouse productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
• Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report operational issues and support resolution of day-to-day challenges.
