Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services in Shah Alam is seeking a warehouse associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will read and follow order lists, maintain stock accuracy, and perform cycle counts; basic computer skills and good physical fitness are required.

Fluent Malay and English communication is essential; you will be based on site at Shah Alam and contribute to a safe, well-organized

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations is an advantage.
• Able to read and follow order lists, pick lists, and packing instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English, both verbal and written.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders according to customer requirements.
• Perform inventory checks, stock movements, and cycle count activities.
• Ensure goods are stored accurately and safely within the warehouse.
• Maintain housekeeping and comply with safety procedures at all times.
• Support inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
