Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, inventory accuracy, and value-added services in Shah Alam. You will drive KPIs, lead a team, and build strong relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with HSSE standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 5 years in warehousing/logistics with 2 years in leadership, and proficiency in WMS and MS Office; Mandarin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain ops, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Experience managing customer-facing operations within a 3PL/logistics environment preferred.
• Proficient in WMS and MS Office applications.
• Mandarin communication ability preferred for diverse stakeholders.
• Willing to be based at Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, storage, and value-added services.
• Ensure operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and inventory accuracy targets are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to drive high performance and employee engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor operational costs, resource utilization, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with DHL policies, HSSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Willing to be based at Shah Alam.
