Job summary

DHL Group in Shah Alam is hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, packed and delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, has at least three years in warehouse or logistics, is proficient with Microsoft Office, and understands inventory control and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS is an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivery.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory movements and stock accuracy through counts and system updates.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Support manpower planning and daily resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and system updates.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, service issues, and operational challenges.
• Support manpower planning and daily resource allocation to meet operational demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfilment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an added advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.
