Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services in Shah Alam, Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Operations professional to support day-to-day warehouse activities, ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery of goods, and maintain stock accuracy. The role requires coordinating inbound/outbound tasks, timely order processing, and resolving operational challenges.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in logistics or related field, 3+ years in warehouse or supply chain roles, proficiency in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and order fulfilment processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Willing to be based in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately within agreed timelines.
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain stock accuracy with regular stock counts and system updates.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, service issues, and operational challenges.
• Support manpower planning and daily resource allocation to meet operational demands.
