Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming goods: receiving, checking and stock recording.
• Coordinate outgoing orders and ensure accuracy.
• Check customer orders for correct products and quantities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding orders.
• Work with warehouse, sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

Coordinate and arrange incoming goods, including receiving, checking and recording stock.

Coordinate outgoing goods and ensure orders are processed accurately.

Check customer orders to ensure the correct products, quantities and information are prepared.

Arrange the full order fulfilment process after receiving an order.

Handle customer returns, exchanges and related documentation.

Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.

Check and investigate discrepancies between system stock and physical stock.

Follow up on stock discrepancies, order errors or operational issues until they are resolved.

Prepare and analyse warehouse, inventory and order-related data using Microsoft Excel.

Prepare daily, weekly or monthly operational reports when required.

Monitor inventory and operational performance, including: Inventory accuracy /Stock discrepancies /Picking errors /Return and exchange cases /Low stock and out-of-stock items /Slow-moving stock /Daily order volume /Order fulfilment accuracy

Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, returns and exchanges.

Coordinate with suppliers regarding incoming stock, delivery arrangements and other operational matters.

Work closely with warehouse, sales and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in improving warehouse, inventory and order fulfilment processes.

Requirements

Experience in Warehouse Administration, Inventory, Logistics, Order Fulfilment or related operations is preferred.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Able to perform basic data analysis and prepare operational reports.

Familiar with some or all of the following Excel functions: Pivot Table /XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP /SUM / SUMIF / COUNTIF /Sorting & Filtering /Basic data cleaning and analysis

Experience using an Inventory Management System is preferred.

Basic understanding of inventory control and stock accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills, able to work well with different departments and as part of a team.

Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.

Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers.

Able to identify problems, investigate the cause and follow up until the issue is resolved.
