Job summary

Magnum Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd in Pusing, Perak, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Lead. The role involves receiving, checking, and processing inbound stock, preparing orders for delivery, and maintaining accurate inventory logs.

You will support the FSMS team to ensure food safety practices, uphold 5S standards, and follow SOPs. A minimum of 1 year in warehouse/logistics is preferred, with strong teamwork and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse or logistics is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and process incoming stock (picking, unloading, labeling, storing).
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (loading, packing, labeling, shipping).
• Update finished goods and inventory logs and documentation.
• Assist FSMS team to ensure proper food safety management practices.
• Follow 5S, SOPs, and safety rules at all times.
• Aim for KPI targets: on-time delivery above 95% and stock accuracy above 80%.
• Adhere to warehouse safety rules and use required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free workspace.

5 working days weekly, full time vacancy.

Receive, check, and process incoming stock (picking, unloading, labelling, and storing items).

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (including loading, packing, wrapping, labelling, and shipping).

Update finished goods & inventory logs and documentation accurately.

Assist the FSMS team by ensuring effective implementation of food safety management system.

General 5'S, Follow company standards, SOPs, safety rules, and regulations at all times.

Ensuring department KPI achieved
i. Ontime delivery above 95% ii. Stock accuracy above 80%

Follow all warehouse safety rules and use proper PPE.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse operations.

Preferably with minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Positive attitude and have good interpersonal skills.

Responsible and able to work independently.
