Job summary

MAYORA MALAYSIA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Order Fulfilment Executive to ensure smooth daily order processing and timely deliveries.

You will work closely with Sales, Warehouse, transporters, distributors, customers, and logistics service providers to keep orders moving accurately. • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment, logistics, transportation, distribution, fleet management, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (and Microsoft Office).
• Good understanding of order processing, delivery planning, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Ability to prepare and analyse operational and distribution performance reports.
• Knowledge of OTIF, CSL, delivery performance, truck utilization, and transportation cost monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily order fulfilment and delivery operations to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor customer order status and proactively resolve order-related issues
• Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfilment
• Ensure all order and delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers and distributors
• Monitor delivery performance, including OTIF, CSL, on-time delivery, and failed deliveries
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, delays, shortages, damaged goods, rejected deliveries, and customer complaints
• Monitor truck utilization and delivery routes to maximize transportation efficiency
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfilment and distribution performance reports

Job description

The Order Fulfilment Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily order processing and delivery operations. The role coordinates closely with Sales, Warehouse, transporters, distributors, customers, and logistics service providers to ensure orders are processed accurately and deliveries are completed on time. The position also monitors delivery performance, resolves order and delivery issues, optimizes transportation efficiency, controls distribution costs, and maintains accurate operational reporting.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily order fulfilment and delivery operations to ensure smooth execution

Monitor customer order status and proactively resolve order-related issues

Ensure all sales orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline

Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfilment

Ensure all order and delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers and distributors

Monitor delivery performance, including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), CSL (Customer Service Level), on-time delivery, and failed deliveries

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in order fulfilment, logistics, transportation, distribution, fleet management, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel

Good understanding of order processing, delivery planning, logistics, and distribution operations

Ability to prepare and analyse operational and distribution performance reports

Knowledge of OTIF, CSL, delivery performance, truck utilization, and transportation cost monitoring

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Good planning and organizational ability
