Job summary

Gentle Supreme Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to maintain reports and records, and coordinate with the Warehouse Team Leader to ensure daily fulfilment within target lead times.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field, at least 3 years FMCG experience, and strong SAP and Excel skills; shift work is included.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business or equivalent.
• At least 3 years FMCG (foods and home care) experience.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reports, documentation, and records of Warehouse Operations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Team Leader to ensure daily fulfilment within lead time.
• Perform daily cycle counts / stock takes and upload results.
• Maintain reporting on warehouse performance, productivity, and cost.
• Prepare documentation for total warehouse operations including vendors.

Job description

Maintaining the report, documentation, and records of Pallet Management.

Coordinating with Warehouse Team Leader to ensure daily fulfillment completeness within target lead time and productivity.

Daily cycle count and/ or stock take uploading.

Maintaining the reporting on warehouse performance, productivity, and cost.

Maintaining the records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any required documentations of total Warehouse Operations including Warehouse' Vendors.

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum of Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistic industry.

Minimum of 3 years experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).

Excellent with SAP.

Excellent with Excel.
