Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration, inventory, logistics, or order fulfilment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Familiar with an Inventory Management System.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming goods: receiving, checking and stock recording.
• Coordinate outgoing orders and ensure accuracy.
• Check customer orders for correct products and quantities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding orders.
• Work with warehouse, sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
