Job summary

NCS Science Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse operator to oversee daily store operations, inbound and outbound activities, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will ensure timely receiving and delivering of goods while upholding quality and regulatory standards.

The role requires basic qualification, good planning, and the ability to work with a warehouse team to meet deadlines and standards. Training and growth opportunities are available in a growing health and beauty manufacturing

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to optimize stock flow and accuracy.
• Planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and throughput targets.
• Ability to read and write simple Bahasa/English for records and communications.
• Fundamental warehousing knowledge including inventory control and QA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper storage and inventory system.
• Perform stock count and control for raw materials, finished goods and packing materials.
• Manage stock flow and levels for miscellaneous items.
• Maintain records of expiring dates for materials and products.
• Improve quality management and control procedures.
• Assist team to meet deadlines in warehouse operations.
• Update temperature and cleaning records for warehouse.
• Coordinate with purchasers and shippers for smooth delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness of warehouse and monitor HACCP, ISO and HALAL standards.

Job description

Responsible for store operations, inbound and outbound between warehouse. To be in charge of daily operations to ensure efficient receiving and delivering of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a proper storage and inventory system
• Perform stock count and control and manage the operations of raw materials, finished products and packing materials inventory system to ensure minimal variance between inventory records and physical stock
• Manage stock flow and stock level for miscellaneous items
• Maintain proper records and systems of expiring dates of raw materials and finished goods
• Improve departmental quality management system and control procedures
• Assist team in warehouse area to cope with requirements and meet deadlines
• Update temperature and cleaning records for warehouse
• Coordinate with raw materials purchasers, shippers and other related parties to ensure smooth delivery and shipping arrangement of company's products to customers
• Ensure cleanliness of warehouse at optimal level and monitor standards for HACCP, ISO and HALAL

About you

• Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field

• 1–2 years experience in warehousing/logistics
