Job summary

Yoke Food Industries Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an inventory coordinator in Kulai, Johor to manage stock using reports, perform regular physical counts, and maintain precise stock records.

The role focuses on real-time tracking, discrepancy reporting, and implementation of reordering alerts to prevent stockouts. You will work with the team on housekeeping tasks and cost-saving initiatives, executing duties as delegated by the Executive and Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management is preferred.
• Ability to conduct regular physical inventory counts with accuracy.
• Experience maintaining meticulous stock records and tracking movements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize inventory management reports to track stock and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify stock records.
• Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts and support warehouse activities.
• Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements (incoming and outgoing).
• Track inventory and stock in real time and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with reordering processes and trigger stock alerts before depletion.
• Support housekeeping tasks and cost-saving projects as directed by Supervisors.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Executive and Supervisor.

Utilize inventory management reports to track stock and ensure accuracy.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify the accuracy of stock records.

Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts, support and verify stock for all warehouse activities.

Perform physical inventory counts periodically to ensure data records match actual inventory levels.

Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing products.

Track inventory and stock in real time.

Report and analyse stock discrepancies promptly with supervisor and team.

Implement efficient reordering processes to trigger alerts on the stock level before it runs out.

Assist and work with team on both housekeeping tasks and any cost-saving projects.

Any other duties delegated or assigned by the Executive and Supervisor.

Beside independent production, we are also involved in business collaborations such as Original Design Manufacturing (ODM) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) with other companies on a variety of products. We are contract packing for countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China, Middle East, United Kingdom, USA, Africa and etc.
