Job summary

Lein Hing Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency across inventory, budgets, and supplier coordination. You will partner with Sales to hit DOT targets and support HR with recruitment while ensuring compliance with SOPs.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in warehouse and logistics, a solid leadership track record, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration with focus on Supply Chain & Logistics Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistics.
• Strong leadership skills and team management abilities.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• FMCG industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and coordinate operations.
• Monitor inventory with regular stock checks and IRA targets.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to meet DOT targets.
• Manage on-trade return rate stocks and supplier relations.
• Review budgets, control costs and improve efficiency.
• Support deployment planning with the AGM.
• Assist HR with recruitment as needed.
• Provide leadership and maintain policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Overseeing inventory (Regular stock check and hitting IRA target).
• Work closely & cooperate with Sales Team to ensure meeting DOT target.
• Managing on Trade Return Rate stocks.
• Dealing with suppliers or 3rd party agency when necessary.
• Reviewing & Approval for budgets and managing cost.
• Researching alternative methods of efficiency.
• Make impact policy, planning and strategy decisions.
• Assist AGM on every deployment plan on time.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Ensure all workers are compliances with company policy & SOP.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Ensure building related security and equipment are well maintain.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain & Logistics Management
• At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse & Logistics
• Strong leadership skills
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Experience in FMCG Industry is an added advantage
