Job summary

The Origin Foods Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a dedicated Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily material receiving, storage, issuance, returns, and inventory control, ensuring smooth production flow. You will coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Production, and Planning, maintain 5S and safety standards, and ensure FIFO/FEFO, lot traceability in ERP/WMS systems.

Leadership of warehouse staff and audit readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in food, nutraceutical, or GMP manufacturing.
• GMP, HACCP, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and traceability knowledge is required.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Forklift competency/licence is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are a GMP & HACCP-certified nutraceutical manufacturer seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, including raw material receiving, storage, issuance, returns, and inventory control. This position also requires close coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure material readiness and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily raw material activities: receiving, storage, issuance, returns, and inventory control.

Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, food safety standards, and company SOPs.

Maintain accurate stock records with full lot/batch traceability in ERP/WMS systems.

Implement proper FIFO/FEFO, expiry control, and material status segregation (Quarantine, Released, Rejected).

Oversee correct storage, labelling, and segregation of allergen vs. non-allergen materials.

Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock counts; investigate and report discrepancies.

Uphold warehouse 5S, hygiene, pest control, temperature/humidity, and safety requirements.

Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, Production, Dispensing, and Planning to ensure material readiness.

Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring proper material handling and documentation.

Maintain audit readiness and support internal, customer, GMP, and HACCP audits.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.

3–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in food, nutraceutical, or GMP manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and traceability.

Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Forklift competency/licence is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, accuracy, discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills inBahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an advantage.
