Job summary

Spritzer Group is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support inventory control and warehouse operations. You will assist in finished goods inventory, data entry, and follow procedures to maintain accuracy and order.

The role requires flexibility for rotating shifts (including day and evening) and overtime when needed, with a focus on 5S housekeeping and safe loading/unloading practices. You will work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle rotating shifts including 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 10:00 AM–10:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the finished goods inventory system.
• Data entry and document support for inventory records.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective actions in warehouse inventory.
• Contribute to periodic physical counts of finished goods.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the work area.
• Support physical count, stock card system, and inventory updates.
• Assist in warehouse and organizational tasks as needed.
• Communicate job expectations and adhere to policies.
• Verify truck cleanliness for loading/unloading activities.

• 5. Ensure proper 5S housekeeping in the working area.
• 6. Assist in implementing physical count, stock card system, and inventory system update.
• 7. Assist in accomplishing the warehouse & organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
• 8. Communicating job expectations; adhering to policies & procedures.
• 9. Assisting in verifying truck cleanliness comply to standard for loading/unloading activity
