Job summary

F&B Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. is a dairy product manufacturer in Selangor seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage receiving and issuing of materials, inventory counts, and system records. The role requires coordinating with Production, Batching, and Logistics to ensure timely material flow.

You will lead forklift operations, enforce FEFO and GMP practices, and oversee housekeeping, safety, and audit activities while optimizing overtime and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Warehouse Management / Logistics / Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years' experience in warehouse management or related discipline.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise proper receiving and issuing of finished goods, raw materials, packaging and general items.
• Plan and execute timely material requests from production, batching, logistics and hand-test.
• Perform regular cycle counts and report variances to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records for receipts and issuances in the system.
• Oversee forklift safety and maintenance.
• Ensure FEFO procedures and documentation are followed.
• Supervise and train department staff for efficient performance.
• Conduct housekeeping and GMP for warehouse areas.
• Control overtime and costs to maintain efficiency.
• Participate in internal/external audits and stock-take.
• Ensure safe and systematic storage of goods; report non-conformances.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Plan and supervise proper receiving and issuing of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging materials, including tins and lids, and general items.

Plan and execute in timely manner all materials, Packaging materials, Raw materials, Finished Goods etc request from Production, Batching, Logistic, Hand-test.

Perform regular cycle count on all warehouse inventory and report any variances to immediate supervisor.

Update and maintain proper and accurate records in system for all materials receipts, from suppliers, and issuance to the relevant department upon request.

Upkeep of all forklifts used in the warehouse including the safe operation and maintenance schedule.

Ensure compliance of FEFO procedures and documentation for the issuing and receiving of all the goods and raw materials at the warehouse.

Supervise and train all workers assigned to department to ensure all tasks and duties are performed efficiently and correctly.

Conduct housekeeping and GMP set for warehouse and other designated storage areas.

Maintain and control overtime and cost to ensure continual operational efficiency.

Participate in internal and external audit activities, as well as stock-take exercise.

Ensuring safety and systematic storage of goods under supervision.

Adhere to All Food safety issues.

To report on any non-conformance and food safety problems in Warehouse to Food Safety Team Leader.

Carry out any additional duty assigned by Management of the Company from time to time.

Minimum is Diploma holder is Warehouse Management / Logistic/ Supply Chain.

At least 2 years' experience in warehouse management or related discipline.

Have knowledge in SAP, GMP and 5S is added advantage.

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Bhd. fully transformed itself in 2004 and is now one of the largest OEM manufacturer of sweetened creamer and evaporated creamer in Malaysia. We have seen tremendous growth in the demand for vegetable oil-based creamers, both locally and in the overseas market. In view of this, we are currently expanding our factory by having additional production lines which are able to manufacture all 4 can sizes - 170gram, 390gram, 505 gram and 1kg packaging simultaneously. Our expansion has also seen the introduction of our newly launched Evaporated Creamer line which is already operating at full capacity.
