Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a picking team
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload goods from delivery lorries.
• Verify quantity and type of goods received.
• Record damaged, missing or faulty items.
• Sign delivery forms once goods are complete.
• Move goods to correct warehouse areas manually or with equipment.
• Allocate storage space and relocate items as needed.
• Record goods locations and quantities; maintain accuracy.
• Pick goods for orders and keep picking records.
• Prepare dispatch notes and labels for outgoing goods.
• Move goods for delivery; ensure proper stacking and handling.
• Adhere to security procedures and health & safety rules.
• Keep warehouse tidy and manage packing materials.
• Lead daily team briefings and maintain 5S standards.
• Generate weekly reports covering inbound to outbound activities.
• Participate in monthly meetings with customers.

1) Loading and unloading goods from delivery lorries

2) Checking that the correct quantity and type of goods have been received

3) Recording any damaged, missing or faulty goods

3) Signing the delivery form, once satisfied that the goods are complete

4) Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanical handling equipment

6) Allocating storage space to goods

7) Relocating and re-stacking goods to make space for a new delivery

8) Keeping records of goods, their location and quantity

9) Picking goods that have been ordered

10) Keeping records of goods which have been picked

11) Preparing dispatch notes and labels

12) Moving and stacking goods ready for delivery, either by hand or using machinery

13) Compliance with security procedures and health & safety

14) Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris

15) More on operation with physical task

16) SAP knowledge as added value.

17) Manage and monitor daily KPI target on picking team before and end of work.

18) Doing inventory efficiency and accurancy of System vs physical

19) Support shortfall of parts packing by manually and handheld

20) Prepare weekly meeting data report for all department ( incoming to outgoing )

21) Lead team on daily basis during moning briefing

22) 5s shedule by racking and DO & DONT activity report in warehouse

23) Join monthly meeting with customers

24) Follow order from the Warehouse Manager
