Job summary

AME Systems (SEA) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Ipoh to lead a team of about 10 operators, plan daily tasks, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will monitor attendance and performance, maintain inventory integrity with regular cycle counts, optimize layout for space, uphold safety, and collaborate with procurement and logistics using WMS/SAP and Excel. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or related roles.
• Experience leading a warehouse team is preferred.
• Experience handling electrical components, cables, hardware or similar products is a plus.
• Basic inventory control and warehouse management systems knowledge (WMS).
• Experience with SAP, SQL or other ERP/inventory systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage warehouse personnel on the floor.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented, especially with inventory.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

About you

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse supervision, warehouse operations or logistics

Experience in supervising a warehouse team is preferred

Experience handling electrical components, electronic parts, cables, hardware, industrial materials or similar products will be an added advantage

Basic knowledge and practical experience in inventory control and warehouse management systems (WMS)

Experience with systems such as SAP, SQL or other inventory/ERP systems will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken

Strong and responsible team leader who can effectively manage warehouse personnel

Hands-on and comfortable working on the warehouse floor
