Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching.

About the role

Mosaic Expert Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Executive to join our operations team in Bandar Baru Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse facilities. As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating with logistics teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and organisation. This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and conducting regular stock counts
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate work schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and best practices, implementing safety procedures and conducting training as required
• Liaise with logistics, sales and procurement teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency
• Manage warehouse equipment and machinery, reporting maintenance issues and ensuring timely repairs
• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, reports and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Handle customer enquiries related to order status and shipment tracking

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Proven track record in warehouse management, inventory control or similar operational roles
• Strong proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations in warehousing and logistics operations
• Motivate a team, with good supervisory and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
• Physical capability to handle manual warehouse tasks when required
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. SPM with experience are encourage to apply
