Bank Rakyat Malaysia Berhad seeks a Senior Vice President of Business & Process Optimization to lead design and reengineering of enterprise processes. You will map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable future-state solutions that align with strategic goals.

The role requires 15–20 years of experience in process design and transformation, with strong BPMN/Lean/Six Sigma expertise and exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields (required).
• Minimum 15–20 years’ experience in process design, optimization or transformation roles.
• Proven track record in leading enterprise process initiatives.
• Advanced process mapping and analysis (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent strategic writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Design & Reengineering; map and analyze current-state processes using structured methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and pain points through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Design future-state processes that are scalable, efficient and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive process documentation and SOPs.
