Responsabilités

Serve as liaison to branches on processes, controls, and policy implementation.
Drive continuous improvement across branch operations to boost efficiency and controls.
Review and streamline procedures to address risks and service gaps across the network.
Provide guidance on operational queries and regulatory requirements to stakeholders.
Support governance activities including policy reviews and regulatory compliance initiatives.
