Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Business and process analysis, risk and issue management and activity tracking
• Ensure best practice is deployed through active engagement with Operations and stakeholders
• Adopt a flexible approach to working to ensure appropriate skills, capabilities, and expertise are deployed to support different initiatives
• Employ a prudent balance of governance, business controls and process, through agile and dynamic delivery
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, mitigate operational risks, create capacity and enhance cost savings
