Job summary

OSK Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Manager, Business Process Re-Engineering to lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across departments. You will map processes, identify gaps, and work with cross-functional teams to reimagine workflows and systems for better productivity and customer experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in process re-engineering or transformation roles, with CBPRP or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• CBPRP and/or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification is highly desirable.
• Proven success in leading complex transformation programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process transformation across departments.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and root causes to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine workflows and systems.
• Define and track metrics to measure transformation success.
• Facilitate workshops and training to embed a culture of innovation.
• Ensure transformations align with regulatory standards and risk frameworks.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases for leadership.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and BPR methodologies for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor trends in process excellence and digital transformation.
• Provide leadership and act as backup to Head of BPR & Transformation.
