Job summary

IDMS Technologies Sdn Bhd is a document technology company established in 2012, providing service for SHARP and FUJIFILM MFPs. You will carry out repairs and servicing, onboard and support customers at workshop or on-site, and strive for high service standards.

The role covers Tampin/Gemencheh/Gemas areas; fresh graduates can apply as training is provided. A valid transport is required, and you will join a team with growth and recognition in a rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs, enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.
• Manage and repair copier on and off-site.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Respond to all customer calls and ensure that the machine is in working condition.
• Conduct troubleshooting on machines and escalate to supervisor for complex issues.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.

Manage and repair copier on and off-site

Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues

Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause

Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine is in working condition.

Conduct trouble shooting on machines and escalated problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.

OJT training will be provided.

Our HQ located at Seremban 2 while our Melaka branch located at Ayer Keroh Melaka

Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage

This role will cover Tampin/Gemencheh/Gemas area and successful candidates will be assigned based on their home address

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.

Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.

Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.

Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.

At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
