Job summary

IDMS Technologies Sdn Bhd is a document technology company specializing in SHARP and FUJIFILM MFPs. The role focuses on repairing and servicing monochrome and color printers, both at workshop and client locations, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate or experienced technician. Training is provided, and the position covers Jelebu, Jempol, and Kuala Pilah, with a HQ in Seremban 2. A valid car and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Mechatronics/ Electromechanical, or IT related field.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken.
• Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs, enabling hardware and software at workshop or customer sites.
• Manage and repair copiers on/off-site and ensure machines are in working condition.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance issues and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Work across Jelebu/Jempol/Kuala Pilah areas based at home address.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.
• Manage and repair copier on and off-site
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues
• Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause
• Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine is in working condition.
• Conduct trouble shooting on machines and elevate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
• OJT training will be provided.
• Our HQ located at Seremban 2
• Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage
• This role will cover Jelebu/Jempol/Kuala Pilah area and successful candidates will be assigned based on their home address

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
• Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
