Job summary

IDMS Technologies is seeking an experienced technician to repair and service monochrome and color multifunction printers. You will service at workshop or customer sites and ensure machines operate at high standards.

The role covers Alor Gajah and surrounding areas, with training provided and opportunities for advancement. Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma/Engineering degree is preferred, with good Bahasa Malaysia/English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics or IT.
• Good Bahasa Malaysia/English communication.
• Minimum 1 year related experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of monochrome and color MFPs (SHARP & FUJI FILM).
• Provide on-site and workshop service to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.
• Manage and repair copier on and off-site
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues
• Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause
• Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine is in working condition.
• Conduct trouble shooting on machines and elevate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
• OJT training will be provided.
• Our HQ located at Seremban 2 while our Melaka branch located at Ayer Keroh Melaka
• Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage
• This role will cover Alor Gajah/Tampin/Gemencheh/Gemas area and successful candidates will be assigned based on their home address

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
• Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
