Responsibilities

Provide on site IT support for our customers mainly at Kajang/Putrajaya area.

Responsible for on site installation

Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.

Our office located at Taman Kajang Sentral

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least Certificate in Computer Science or equivalent.

· Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.

· Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.

· Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.

· Knowledge of color digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.

· At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.

· Full-Time position(s) available.

· Able to work independently as well as a good team player.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.

· Honest and responsible

· Male Only (required for photocopy machine maintenance that is not suitable for female).
