Convergint Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Sales Support coordinator to back the Sales team on projects and proposals, ensuring timely quotations, accurate documentation and smooth coordination with clients.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with a customer-service mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Experience in sales support or coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team on projects and assignments.
• Prepare quotations, change orders, project documentation, and kickoff packages.
• Participate in supplier trainings to improve knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients, sub-contractors and related parties.
• Prepare project-related drawings.
