Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Kuala Lumpur, managing client relationships and helping close deals.

You will assist the Sales Manager with proposals, coordinate with internal teams on campaign materials and quotations, follow up on inquiries, and help prepare contracts and invoices while arranging meetings and site visits for the team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or related field.
• 1-2 years in sales support or coordination.
• Experience in advertising/media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager with proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
• Coordinate campaign materials and quotations with internal teams.
• Follow up on leads and client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Prepare sales contracts, booking forms and invoices.
• Coordinate with clients to collect logos and artwork.
• Liaise with operations for ad space booking and campaign timelines.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations for the sales team.
• Assist with company social media accounts.

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Director

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in closing deals and managing client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, finance) to prepare campaign materials and quotations
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client correspondence in a timely manner
• Prepare and process sales contracts, booking forms and invoices
• Coordinate with clients to collect campaign materials (logos, artwork) and ensure timely submission
• Liaise with operations team for advertising space booking, installation schedules and campaign timelines
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and presentations for the sales team
• assist to handle company social media accounts

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles
• Experience in advertising, media, OTT, or transit advertising is an advantage

Required Skills

• Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and regional partners)
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organisation: Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Basic proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools; basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Attitude: Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Adaptability: Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel within Klang Valley, particularly to TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan)
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
• Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
