Job summary

Jobinmalaysia is seeking a detail-oriented IT Sales Executive to support a dynamic sales team in Malaysia. The role focuses on administrative tasks, document preparation, CRM updates, and coordinating meetings, travel, and orders to ensure smooth sales operations.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and Malay (Chinese is a plus), possesses strong organizational skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel within Selangor/Klang Valley.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
• Ability to communicate in Basic English and Malay; Chinese is optional.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Selangor/Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with administrative tasks, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and client appointments.
• Process orders and track shipments for timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
• Maintain knowledge of IT products and update sales materials.
• Manage office supplies and assist in organizing events.
