Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales and quotation processes. The role involves controlling sales literature, coordinating with clients, and ensuring prompt and clear communication for enquiries.

You will prepare quotations for customers and ensure all essential documents (PO, DO, Proforma Invoice, Hydraulic Calculation, drawings) are accurately filed in the Project Info Form for traceability. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales coordination, specifically quotation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

To control and monitor on the company's literature for sales activities.
Ensure fast and efficient communication with enquiry on client.
To prepare Quotation to the respective customer.
Ensure that documents such as customer's PO, DO, Performa Invoice, Hydraulic Calculation, Drawing are specified in Project Info Form and filing at Completed File for record traceability.
To complete assignable tasks from time to time as and when assigned.
To report and provide feedback on the progress status of each job undertaken.
To summarize weekly Quotation report.
Ensure that Job Reference is updated promptly.
