Job summary

Mayfort Resources Sdn Bhd in Seberang Perai, Penang, is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our full-time team. You will support the sales effort, prepare proposals and quotations, maintain records, and liaise with logistics and accounting to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales coordination or admin support, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prepare sales and related reports.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ad hoc related work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documentation
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations and following up on leads
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information in our system
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
• Provide customers with updates on shipment status and delivery timelines
• Coordinating with internal departments, such as logistics and accounting, to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers
