Job summary

Steelcase in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support professional to coordinate quotation, proposal, and bid activities, working with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and Fulfillment teams to deliver accurate customer solutions.

The role emphasizes organization, detailed documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment to support business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Bid/Proposal Coordination, Customer Support, Administrative Support, or related function.
• Experience supporting quotation, proposal, bid, order management, or sales administration processes.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing quotation, proposal, and bid support activities to deliver accurate and timely customer solutions.
• Coordinating sales support processes across Sales, Operations, Pricing, Fulfillment, and other business partners.
• Preparing customer-facing proposals, quotations, pricing documentation, and commercial correspondence.
• Analyzing customer requirements and opportunity data to support business and sales objectives.
• Maintaining accurate sales records, reporting, and documentation within business systems.
• Supporting multiple requests, projects, and deadlines while ensuring a high level of quality and responsiveness.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
