Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Sales Support Executive to assist the Account Management team with client training proposals, quotations, and presentations. You will also manage HRD Corp grant applications, training claims, and maintain accurate client and sales records in Zoho CRM.

You will coordinate client meetings, track pipeline progress, and prepare basic sales reports while ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in corporate training, Learning & Development (L&D), or professional services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp applications, claims, and TDMS is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM, is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work closely with the sales team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Management team in preparing and formatting client training proposals, quotations, and presentation materials.
• Compile training programme details, trainer profiles, case studies, and relevant project references.
• Ensure proposals are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
• Include relevant HRD Corp claimability information in proposals.
• Manage HRD Corp grant applications and training claims, including SBL-Khas submissions.
• Maintain training records and supporting documents in TDMS.
• Track claim status and follow up on pending applications or documents.
• Maintain accurate client, prospect, and sales opportunity records in Zoho CRM.
• Update sales pipeline progress, proposal status, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare basic sales reports and ensure CRM information is accurate and up to date.
