Air Liquide Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales & Account role to drive revenue across regional accounts. You will handle long sales cycles, negotiate terms, and manage key client relationships to optimize profitability and customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 0–5 years of commercial sales experience; fresh engineering graduates with an interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in technical sales, industrial solutions, or engineering equipment is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a proactive drive to achieve sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• To achieves sales target, GM level & OI Level for bulk sales of the region, with new contract signing
• Manage activity long sales cycle to ensure strong customer experience
• Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
• Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure proper balance between customer satisfaction and profitability though optimized allocation and use of available resources.
• Reporting on market intelligence and opportunity with sales activity reporting via customer visit, meeting, networking.
