Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 0 to 5 years of commercial sales experience; fresh engineering graduates encouraged.
• Experience in technical sales, industrial solutions or engineering equipment is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and GM level for bulk regional accounts and sign new contracts.
• Manage long sales cycles and ensure a strong customer experience.
• Conduct contract negotiations with favorable terms and conditions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee accounts as the primary contact for clients and address inquiries promptly.
• Report market intelligence and sales activity via client visits and meetings.
