• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 0 to 5 years of commercial sales experience; fresh engineering graduates with a keen interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in technical sales, industrial solutions, or engineering equipment is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a proactive drive to achieve sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Achieve regional sales targets and gross margin objectives for bulk sales with new contracts.
• Manage the long sales cycle to ensure a strong customer experience.
• Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
• Oversee accounts as the primary contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure proper balance between customer satisfaction and profitability through optimized allocation and use of available resources.
• Reporting on market intelligence and opportunities with sales activity reporting via customer visits, meetings, and networking.
