Air Liquide in Johor Bahru, Malaysia seeks a Sales Executive to develop sales and profitability for multiple accounts. The role focuses on achieving region bulk sales targets, long-cycle account management, and expanding revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 0–5 years in commercial sales. Fresh graduates with technical interest are welcome to apply and will engage with clients as primary contacts while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
0–5 years of commercial sales experience; fresh engineering graduates with a keen interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in technical sales, industrial solutions, or engineering equipment is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Achieve sales targets and GM level & OI level for bulk sales of the region.
Manage long sales cycles to ensure strong customer experience.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue and market share.
Oversee account as the primary point of contact for clients with exceptional customer service.
