Dykin Engineering Part & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Service Engineer to join our Seri Kembangan team. The role blends technical engineering knowledge with sales acumen to grow business and ensure client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will identify new sales opportunities, provide technical guidance, conduct site visits, and prepare proposals while coordinating service delivery and maintaining client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role in Malaysia.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering maintenance, service delivery or related field.
• Proven sales track record in engineering or technical services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to clients.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Mansioni

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the engineering maintenance sector.
• Provide technical consultation on maintenance solutions and service offerings.
• Conduct site visits and assess client requirements for maintenance strategies.
• Prepare tailored quotations and technical proposals for clients.
