Job summary

Filterfine Advanced Technology Sdn Bhd seeks a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth across Malaysia for a portfolio of principal products. You will explore new business opportunities, present solutions to clients, and build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have engineering education, 3+ years in industrial/technical sales, and are willing to travel nationwide. Own vehicle and multilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess professional diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales or technical sales.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay, Chinese.
• Possess own vehicle and valid driving license.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.

Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing clients, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

Conduct product presentation and demonstration to potential clients, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.

Negotiate and close sales deals, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Meet assigned sales target.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Possess professional diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales or technical sales.

Ability to thrive under pressure, with a proactive approach to challenges.

Self-driven attitude with focus on success and ability to work independently.

Target oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Willing to travel within Malaysia.

Able to communicate in English, Malay, Chinese and aged below 35 years.

Possess own vehicle and valid driving license.
