Cross Border Talents in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists to support orders, delivery, payments, and product information. You will communicate mainly in Mandarin, with English in a professional setting, in a fast-paced international support environment.

Fresh graduates or candidates with customer support experience are welcome. On-site role in Kuala Lumpur; call center experience is an advantage.

Formación

• C1 Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant degree or diploma are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to post-order issues, delivery updates, payment information, product pre-orders, and general customer questions.
• Assist customers by answering questions related to order status, order changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions based on client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately record customer information and required data in internal systems.
