Cross Border Talents seeks Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists to support inquiries related to orders, delivery, payments, and product information from its Kuala Lumpur client. You will communicate primarily in Mandarin with English as needed in a professional environment, and on-site work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is required.

Open to candidates with customer support experience or fresh graduates with relevant degrees who are eager to learn in a fast-paced international setting.

Formación

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience in any industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant degree or diploma are encouraged to apply.
• Professional or personal experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to post-order issues, delivery updates, payment information, product pre-orders, product pre-screening calls, and general customer questions.
• Assist customers by answering questions related to order status, order changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions based on client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
• Accurately record customer information and required data in internal systems.
• Follow training, operational procedures, and quality guidelines in every customer interaction.
• Maintain awareness of the client's products, services, and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in customer support operations.
