Cameron Valley Tea is seeking a Teahouse Operations Manager (HOD) based in Cameron Highlands to lead all teashop operations across the region, ensuring consistent brand standards, service quality, and strong financial performance. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B or café operations management.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all teashop operations across Cameron Highlands.
• Ensure outlets operate in accordance with SOPs, policies, and brand standards.
• Standardise operational processes, workflows, and customer experience across all outlets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance of each outlet.
• Take ownership of sales performance, operating costs, and profitability of all teashops.
• Analyse sales reports, labour costs, wastage, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve revenue and cost control.
• Set operational targets and KPIs for each outlet.
• Manage manpower planning, staffing structure, and deployment across all outlets.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Build a disciplined, professional, and customer-focused team culture.
• Address staff performance issues, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure consistent quality of tea beverages, food products, and presentation across all outlets.
• Enforce standard recipes, preparation methods, and quality controls.
• Ensure service excellence and positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Handle major customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory usage, storage, and stock movement across all outlets.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and minimise wastage and losses.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams for timely supply.
• Ensure equipment, facilities, and outlet infrastructure are properly maintained.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Ensure all outlets comply with local authorities’ requirements and internal audits.
• Support and enforce Quality Management System (QMS), ISO, and operational audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Support the planning and opening of new teashops.
• Work closely with top management on marketing, promotions, and business strategies.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations based on data and customer feedback.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports for senior management.
