Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of F&B operations experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or multi-outlet role.
• Strong experience in multi-outlet operations, team management, manpower planning, and performance management.
• Good understanding of P&L, sales targets, food/labour costs, inventory, and wastage control.
• Knowledge of F&B SOPs, food safety, hygiene, Halal, and KKM requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
• Experience in new outlet openings and operational setup is an added advantage.
• Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Willing to travel across outlets and work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations for smooth workflow, efficiency, and cross-outlet consistency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operating standards.
• Monitor service quality, food/beverage presentation, and overall customer experience.
• Oversee outlet maintenance, equipment servicing, and vendor/contractor relationships to minimize downtime.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise outlet management teams; manage manpower and schedules.
• Manage budgets, sales targets, and cost controls including GP, food, and labor.
• Analyze daily/monthly sales and P&L, and implement data-driven profitability improvements.
• Lead new outlet openings (NROs) and coordinate initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Travel across outlets as required and maintain flexible hours.

Job description

Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and cross-outlet consistency.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operating standards.

Monitor service quality, food/beverage presentation, and overall customer experience.

Oversee outlet maintenance, equipment servicing, and manage relationships with external vendors/contractors to minimize operational downtime.

2. Staff Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise outlet management teams (e.g., Outlet Managers, Supervisors, Tea Baristas).

Oversee manpower planning, optimize labour deployment, and approve master staff schedules to minimize unnecessary overtime.

Conduct performance evaluations, implement succession planning, and provide structured coaching/disciplinary actions when necessary.

Foster a positive working culture to drive staff retention and engagement.

Manage budgets, sales targets, and strict cost controls (Gross Profit margins, food/ingredient costs, and labor costs).

Analyze daily/monthly sales reports, P&L statements, and implement data-driven strategies to improve profitability.

Monitor inventory levels, supply chain purchasing, and enforce strict wastage control measures.

4. Customer Experience

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

5. Quality Safety & Regulation Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety standards (Halal requirements and KKM regulations)

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across outlets

Conduct regular audits and inspections

6. Business Development

Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce bottlenecks, and drive revenue growth.

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, localized promotions, and new menu/product launches.

Actively lead and coordinate new outlet openings (NROs), from setup and manpower allocation to initial launch operations.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of F&B operations experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial or multi-outlet role.

Strong experience in multi-outlet operations, team management, manpower planning, and performance management.
