Qualifications

• 2-3 years in F&B/retail supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned tea shop outlet; ensure smooth workflow, cleanliness and SOP compliance; monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment; achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs; analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue; upsell products and promote campaigns.
• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff; prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower; monitor staff performance and discipline.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service; handle customer complaints professionally; build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company policies; maintain product quality and consistency; conduct regular outlet checks and reporting.

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager / Area Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated tea shop outlet. This role ensures smooth operations, excellent customer service, staff supervision, and achievement of sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outlet Operations

Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned tea shop outlet

Ensure smooth workflow, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management

Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue

Upsell products and promote ongoing campaigns

3. Staff Management

Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff

Prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower

Monitor staff performance and discipline

4. Customer Service

Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS
