Job summary

Tea Garden Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Development Manager to lead BOH operations and training across our Malaysian outlets.

You will design and deliver kitchen programs, mentor Head Chefs, and drive improvements in efficiency, hygiene, and cost control. The role requires travel to outlets and a proven track record in coaching kitchen teams. Qualifications

• Extensive BOH operations experience with training delivery.
• Ability to coach and develop outlet kitchen teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience in inventory and food cost management.
• Willingness to travel to outlets when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BOH/kitchen training programs (on‑job, CDP, product/menu, hygiene) and develop kitchen leadership.
• Monitor BOH performance: food cost, inventory, SOPs, workflow, hygiene, 5S.
• Supervise Head Chefs during visits and corrective actions.
• Support new store openings and kaizen/Six Sigma improvements.
