Tea Garden Management Sdn. Bhd. seeks a seasoned leader to oversee multiple branches, driving high standards in quality, service and cleanliness while achieving financial and customer goals.

You will mentor Branch Managers, plan weekly visits, and implement action plans for food cost and labor controls. The role emphasizes strong operations knowledge, team development and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Management experience in high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented Restaurant environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, financials, budgeting and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for an assigned number of branches.
• Provide leadership and effective management of direct reports.
• Lead Branch Managers to achieve annual/quarterly/monthly goals.
• Manage sales targets and marketing programs; assist in marketing plans.
• Plan weekly branch visits to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Create sales forecasts and manage Branch Manager schedules.
• Ensure food safety procedures align with policy and regulations.
• Review operations and enforce company policies and labor regulations.
• Coach and retrain managers to achieve ratings and goals.
• Conduct performance management and monitor cash, property and equipment controls.
