Job summary

Cameron Bharat Plantations Sdn Bhd seeks an Outlet Manager for our tea shop in Cameron Highlands to oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, supervise staff, and hit monthly sales targets while upholding brand standards.

You will manage shift schedules, monitor inventory, uphold hygiene and safety SOPs, train team members, handle customer inquiries, and drive campaigns to boost revenue, with a focus on consistency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or Business.
• 2-3 years in F&B/retail supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Outlet Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned tea shop outlet; ensure smooth workflow, cleanliness and SOP compliance; monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment; achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs; analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue; upsell products and promote campaigns.
• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff; prepare staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower; monitor staff performance and discipline.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service; handle customer complaints professionally; build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and company policies; maintain product quality and consistency; conduct regular outlet checks and reporting.
