Job summary

7 Eleven Malaysia is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in line with SOPs. The role emphasizes achieving KPIs and service levels while coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in logistics or related fields, 2–3 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS. Shift work in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
