Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and inventory control in Selangor. You will lead a team, assign daily tasks, and ensure accurate stock records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in warehousing, supervisory experience preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills. WMS proficiency and independent multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams is preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Able to use warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic computer applications.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery activities.
• Monitor and ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse records.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to warehouse team members.
• Ensure goods are properly stored, arranged, and handled according to company procedures.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits.
• Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and sales departments regarding stock availability and deliveries.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on proper handling procedures and safety practices.
• Prepare warehouse reports including stock status, discrepancies, and operational updates.
